OUR PROCESS FOR HOMEOWNERS’ PROJECTS
Initial meeting:
Our first meeting consists of a general discussion on site about your ideas, dreams, and timelines. We will help you understand the expected costs for the project. We ask for your inspirational ideas and photos. At this point, we discuss what is important to you, how each space should interact with the others, plan out the areas surrounding the pool, and other details of the plan.
Presentation of Build and Costs
We then move forward with a presentation of the build details, costs and time expected to complete the project. Upon approval of the plans, we will ask for a deposit from our clients in order to reserve a time slot for the build.
During Construction
Once construction starts, we will discuss each step allowing for changes.
Once the build is finished
Once construction is completed, we take the time to make sure you know how the pool and equipment function, discuss your warranty and make sure your pool is clean and looks beautiful.
WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING
We called a LOT of companies trying to find someone who could add a cement beach entry onto our already existing vinyl-lined pool. Many didn't get back to me at all or recommended other companies who already weren't getting back to me and Splash was the only one who would even come out to do an estimate. We sat down and talked about what our vision was and Tim and JP were very helpful at giving suggestions for what would work best for our situation (we wanted to make the pool as dog friendly as possible). Things got delayed lots due to a wet Spring but by early summer we were enjoying our pool and it was a total hit with our dogs. JP gave some really cool options like a design in the beach entry (we obviously chose a paw print) and even a glitter sealant on the paw print to add a really cool finishing touch. We are really happy with how it turned out and highly recommend Splash.
