For twenty-five years Splash has examined what we know and what we’ve learned and used this information to improve our sales process and pool construction. Our mission is to continually improve what we do. This refers to the products we sell and the quality of the services we provide.
Our products have been selected based on reliability and performance criteria. Many of these products come from Hayward Pool Products. Our swimming pool packages come from Highbury Pool Products in London, ON. Both these manufacturers balance performance and price to give the highest value in their products. They also have excellent customer service, both for the seller and the end customer.

Our swimming pool business comes primarily from steel-walled, vinyl-lined, in-ground pools. We manage between 15 to 20 projects per season. Our volume allows us the time to give you the personal service that you may not get from our higher volume competitors.
Our smaller volume also dictates precise schedules and urgency to complete your project on time. These two aspects of project management are critical to the success of your project. At Splash, our team works hard to keep you informed and educated about what we are doing and when. We provide you with the opportunity and means to make changes and approve the major steps of the construction project. We won’t rush through without your input. We believe in communication – giving you the customer the information you need to make good decisions. As partners in this process, changes and modifications are easy and stress-free.
