OUR PROCESS FOR HOMEOWNERS’ PROJECTS
Initial meeting:
Our first meeting consists of a general discussion on site about your ideas, dreams, and timelines. We will help you understand the expected costs for the project. We ask for your inspirational ideas and photos. At this point, we discuss what is important to you, how each space should interact with the others, plan out the areas surrounding the pool, and other details of the plan.
Presentation of Build and Costs
We then move forward with a presentation of the build details, costs and time expected to complete the project. Upon approval of the plans, we will ask for a deposit from our clients in order to reserve a time slot for the build.
During Construction
Once construction starts, we will discuss each step allowing for changes.
Once the build is finished
Once construction is completed, we take the time to make sure you know how the pool and equipment function, discuss your warranty and make sure your pool is clean and looks beautiful.
